South Korea outlook improves as major trading partners gain

Expectations are mounting that South Korea could soon return to a growth rate of 4%, boosted by overseas markets amid evidence of production gains among major trading partners. Evidence is seen in July's exports, which swung to a 2.6% gain after a 0.1% contraction in June.
