Why taking early VC investment isn't a bad thing

Some entrepreneurs are wary of raising money from venture capitalists early on, in part because of the risk that those initial investors won't join in a Series A round. But Vik Singh, CEO and co-founder of Infer, writes that including venture capitalists in your early fundraising may allow you to work with a smaller number of investors, get better terms and set a high bar for yourself in terms of performance, among other advantages.
