2 Americans with Ebola improve after receiving experimental serum

Two American aid workers infected with Ebola while caring for patients at the epicenter of the outbreak in West Africa have significantly improved after receiving an experimental serum. The monoclonal antibody serum, produced by Mapp Biopharmaceutical, had never been used in humans, but it did show positive effects in monkeys infected with Ebola.
