Don't ignore online reviews, experts say

Many online health care provider review sites lack a verification process, but providers must still stay on top of what is being said about them and address commenters' concerns, health care consultants say. Studies have found that most reviews are positive, but negative reviews can have a significant effect. Providers can conduct internal surveys to identify problems, and some hospitals are posting comments from patient surveys on their own websites.
