Survey: Cybersecurity is big concern among corporate directors

Cybersecurity is a top concern for corporate directors, according to a survey of directors serving on the boards of more than 250 companies about their nonfinancial concerns by accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper. While reputational risk tops the list, cybersecurity comes in second, with 62% of respondents citing it as their primary concern.
