Commentary: How behavioral advertising can beat search

The average Internet user spends less than 5% of his or her online time in search, according to the Online Publishers Association. That means, concludes Wired News columnist Adam Penenberg, that despite Google's success in monetizing search advertising, there is still a bundle of money to be made using behavioral techniques to follow users around the Web.
