Wal-Mart CEO touts new upscale focus

Flat-panel TVs, 400-thread-count sheets and more stylish fashions will help Wal-Mart Stores reach beyond its current customer base, according to company CEO H. Lee Scott. Though the retailer will remain committed to its value-focused customers, it plans to adjust to a market that increasingly looks to rival Target for upscale household goods.
