Airlines, parents try to ease travel for children with autism

After a North Carolina mother and her 2-year-old son with autism were escorted off an American Eagle flight, some airlines are developing special travel recommendations for those with developmental disabilities. Experts recommend parents plan in advance, practice as much as possible, travel at less busy times and stay calm even if the child does not.
