Falling profits won't derail Cisco expansion efforts

Despite posting a 46% drop in quarterly profits this week, Cisco remains optimistic about its future and says it plans to continue expanding into new businesses. As part of the effort, Cisco CEO John Chambers has shuffled the company's leadership structure, replacing the company's top-down style with a number of executive committees each tasked with managing different parts of the growing company.
