Honolulu releases drawings of 21 elevated train stations

Hawaii plans to build 21 elevated train stations along the Kapolei to Ala Moana route in Honolulu, but some architects oppose the idea. The city released preliminary drawings of many of the train stations, which are designed to blend into each community. The Hawaii chapter of the American Institute of Architects opposes the $5.29 billion project in favor of a ground-level train system.
