Massachusetts employer-paid health plan running out of funds

Increased unemployment will cause Massachusetts' employer-paid Medical Security Program to run out of money in January. Business leaders say raising taxes to keep the program running will hurt businesses, and many suggest benefits offered by the program should be lowered. "There's probably not a worse tax the state could do now on businesses," says Bill Vernon, NFIB/Massachusetts.
