Nurse survey shows cleanliness, medication safety issues

A survey of more than 700 hospital nurses by Consumer Reports found 28% had seen problems with cleanliness in the past week and 26% reported that hospital staff didn't always properly wash their hands. Eleven percent of nurses also said they had seen incorrect administration of medications during the previous week.
