Still no leader at USAID after 7 months

Despite pledges from U.S. President Barack Obama to expand international development and efforts by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to chart a new course for U.S. international relations, the United States' primary foreign aid agency still is without a leader. Figures within the development community are disappointed by the administration's failure to reform USAID, which has been without a leader for seven months.
