Chefs put public health issues on cooking-school menu

Nine famous chefs planning curriculum for the new Basque Culinary Center want students to make the world a better place through cooking. The chefs want to require students in the four-year program to learn about public health issues such as hunger, obesity, environmental sustainability and food distribution.
