Crews assemble Beltway flyover as traffic flow continues

Crews are working to extend the Washington, D.C., Metro to Dulles International Airport, and a major piece of the six-year project is about to go up -- a bridge that will carry trains over the Capital Beltway. To prevent closing the 12 lanes of traffic below the bridge, workers are putting it together by sequential assembly, one piece at a time.
