Program aims to aid veterinarians with Gulf oil spill relief efforts

AVMA's American Veterinary Medical Foundation has partnered with Merial and Hill's Pet Nutrition to create a program designed to help veterinarians support pet owners affected by the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. "Pet-related issues in the Gulf continue to escalate, which is why we called upon our partners to come together to provide relief," said AVMF Executive Director Michael Cathey.
