A new program aims to increase the number of female angel investors by teaching women about how to invest in social ventures. "There's a bunch of women in the philanthropic community. But only 13% of women are angel investors. They can change the world by investing in women who do social ventures," said Natalia Oberti Noguera, founder of the Pipeline Fellowship. Classes will pair each participant with a seasoned angel investor who will serve as a role model.
