ACA premium conversation varies among states

The cost of new insurance policies under the Affordable Care Act varies widely among U.S. states. In states that have been supportive of the law, such as Maryland, New York and California, premiums are said to be lower compared with previous rates. In states critical of the ACA, such as Georgia, Florida and Ohio, rates are said to be higher under the law.
