ACA rates vary based on picture offered by critical, supportive states

The costs of new insurance plans for next year under the Affordable Care Act vary widely in U.S. states depending on how they are depicted by the law's supporters and detractors. In supportive states such as Maryland, New York and California, premiums are said to be lower compared with previous rates. In states critical of ACA such as Georgia, Florida and Ohio, rates are said to be higher compared with present rates.
