Dell founder ups buyout offer; new vote date is set

Dell founder Michael Dell and Silver Lake Partners have added a special dividend and increased share price that adds $350 million to their buyout offer. The company's board has adjusted voting rules in return. The new proposal isn't sitting well with investor Carl Icahn, who has asked a court to block such voting changes. The shareholder vote is now scheduled for Sept. 12.
