Firms compete for ACA marketing, outreach contracts

IT company Adobe and public relations firm Weber Shandwick are reportedly among the many firms vying for marketing or call center contracts as the Affordable Care Act's health insurance exchanges gear up to take applications. Adobe has provided state exchanges with digital signature and form fill-in technology, and is pitching a deal to handle social media outreach, while Weber Shandwick has a $41 million contract with CMS for media and digital outreach.
