Industry reps make case against EPA's biofuel mandate

Industry representatives expressed concern about the Environmental Protection Agency's biofuel mandate during a meeting on the issue with Obama administration officials. The rule "is fundamentally flawed and has become unworkable for 2013 and beyond," according to a document from the American Petroleum Institute. Representatives also called for further flexibility from the mandate during discussions.
