Italian bonds aren't spooked by Berlusconi ruling

Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's conviction has been upheld, but a court has ordered a review of his five-year ban from public service. Meanwhile, Italian bonds have performed better than others in the eurozone, as experts say a political crisis has been averted. "We believe this situation is a distracting sideshow and will not materially affect government debt," said Peter Wilson of Wells Fargo Asset Management.
