Medicaid enrollment would grow by 37% under universal expansion

About 18.1 million more people across the U.S. would be enrolled in Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program if every state expanded those programs under the Affordable Care Act, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation report. However, as of early July, only 22 states had said yes to expansion, according to the foundation.
