Part of roof caves in at N.J. convention building

A 12-foot-by-6-foot slab of concrete fell from the roof at the north promenade of the Convention Hall in Asbury Park, N.J., and collapsed onto a restaurant. A structural engineer will need to conduct an inspection, and parts of the building will remain closed until an evaluation has been made, according to a construction official at Asbury Park.
