Penn State ex-president, 2 others face charges tied to Sandusky case

Former Pennsylvania State University President Graham Spanier, along with a former vice president and a former athletic director, have been charged in connection with an alleged cover-up related to former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky. The three former administrators' charges include perjury, obstruction and endangering the welfare of children.
