Unions under pressure to avoid "Cadillac tax" under ACA

Cities such as New York and Boston are urging public unions to agree to less-expensive health benefits before a "Cadillac tax" kicks in under the Affordable Care Act in 2018. "Every municipality with a generous health care plan is doing the math on this," said J.D. Piro of Aon Hewitt.
