UN's Pillay decries alleged killing of captives by Syrian rebels

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay called "deeply shocking" reports that Syrian rebels killed at least 30 Syrian government soldiers near Aleppo last month. A UN team is investigating. "There needs to be a thorough independent investigation to establish whether war crimes have been committed. And those responsible for such crimes should be brought to justice," Pillay says.
