IGs: EPA withheld documents related to CSB review

A group of 47 federal inspectors general said in a letter to members of Congress that several government agencies withheld documents necessary for investigations. They said the Environmental Protection Agency failed to supply data for a probe into the Chemical Safety Board. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, suggested legislative action to help the IGs.
