Va. forum helps educate parents, others about social media use

At a recent forum on social media use among youth in Virginia, an advocate said that parents will never have complete control over their children's online behavior. Instead, police Sgt. Scott Harvey explained, it is best to teach youth about proper online behavior and for parents, law enforcement and others to be aware of social media trends.
