Foods Labeled "Natural" Not Always Better

A survey by the National Consumers League shows about 75% of Americans assume products labeled "natural" contain at least 90% natural ingredients. Nutritionists caution consumers that natural foods are not always a healthier option. Instead, health experts recommend eating fewer processed food products and more fresh produce.
