CLIA explains how cruise lines cater to groups

Members of the Cruise Lines International Association report that roughly a quarter of all cruise passengers are part of a group, which presents an opportunity for travel agents. CLIA members strive to attract group bookings by adding amenities and incentives. For example, Celebrity Cruises has dedicated conference facilities and onboard group coordinators.
