FAA administrator supports pilot mentoring programs

FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt said he supports pilot mentoring and revised flight-duty time rules. In a keynote speech to the ALPA 2009 Air Safety Forum yesterday, Babbitt said mentoring should become part of pilots' professional DNA. "If you've got experience and you're not sharing it, you're doing a disservice to our profession," Babbitt said.
