New York Times picks new restaurant critic

New York Times culture editor Sam Sifton will replace Frank Bruni as the newspaper's restaurant critic. "It's the one job where you have a chance to get everyone who reads the paper," Sifton said. "Everybody eats and everybody has opinions about the food that they eat. And there isn't a cuisine that I'm not interested in exploring."
