Senate is likely to vote soon on "Cash for Clunkers"

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said the Senate is close to voting on a measure to keep the "Cash for Clunkers" program alive with an extra $2 billion. Democratic and Republic leaders came to an agreement that cleared the way for the bill to reach the Senate floor. Democrats will allow debate on seven amendments, six of them backed by Republicans.
