Homburg Canada REIT plans $97.8 million acquisition spree

Montreal-based Homburg Canada REIT has just acquired Central Station, Place Alexis Nihon and Centre Laval in the local market. Now it is planning a $97.8 million acquisition spree in the retail and office sectors. Larger transactions might be done with a joint venture, although the REIT says it prefers smaller deals in the $15 million to $50 million range.
