Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer has reversed her company's slumping Web-traffic numbers, and now she's planning on turning the tech giant into a mobile-focused media company. Analysts say she's off to a good start. "Marissa has done two things at Yahoo," says Ben Ling of Khosla Ventures. "She has made it an attractive place for top talent to work, and she has begun to release products that engage consumers on a daily basis."
