N.J. to offer loans for families to buy homes in Sandy-hit counties

New Jersey has announced a program to encourage home purchases in counties affected by Hurricane Sandy. The program is designed to provide interest-free mortgage loans worth up to $50,000 for 500 low- and moderate-income families, said Anthony Marchetta of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.
