Taco Bell expands waffle taco offer, plans "First Meal" campaign

As its waffle taco and other breakfast items enter new markets, Taco Bell says it will launch a TV, radio and digital campaign -- created by Deutsch, Los Angeles -- for its "First Meal" offerings. The company is also "optimistic" about nationwide breakfast availability in 2014, said David Novak, CEO of Taco Bell owner Yum Brands.
