House bill calls for regulation of nontransplant tissue banks

The labeling, licensing and transport of human tissues for educational use and medical research would be regulated under a bill introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz. Nontransplant tissue banks would be required to use labels indicating that body parts being moved across state lines have been tested for infectious diseases.
