Democrats present differing health care plans

Speaking at the AFL-CIO this week, several of the Democratic presidential candidates outlined their plans to reform the nation's health care system. Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean and Rep. Richard Gephardt, D-Mo., both would rescind the Bush tax cuts to pay for their plans, while Sen. Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., said the candidates may be overpromising.
