Milk processing may be answer in India drought region

Farmers suffering from a drought in India's Vidarbha region are hoping for some relief in the form of canned milk. A study by the country's National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and National Dairy Development Board shows that creating infrastructure for collecting, processing and marketing milk should provide the region with much-needed subsidiary income.
