Wrigley makes over gum strategy

Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. has hired its first CMO, opened an impressive new research and development center and launched at least eight new products this year in order to transform the staid company and better compete with Cadbury-Schweppes and Hershey. Wrigley's sales for the first half of the year are up roughly 15%.
