Large percentage of users turn to Web for health information

About 75% of those who use the Internet look for health information, according to data from the Pew Internet Project. In an average day, 10% of those online say they look for it, up from 7% two years ago. More women use the Internet for health-related information than do men and younger users look for it less often than do older users.
