Deal reached to decrease HIV/AIDS drug costs

Patients with drug-resistant HIV/AIDS will be able to receive second-line antiretroviral drugs and a tuberculosis treatment at a reduced cost, according to pharmaceutical company representatives and former U.S. President Bill Clinton. Less expensive medication might save hundreds of thousands of lives, Clinton said.
