Former AIG chief Greenberg to settle SEC case for $15M

Former American International Group CEO Maurice R. "Hank" Greenberg agreed to pay $15 million to settle a complaint from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that accuses him of securities violations. "I just thought it would be good to get it behind us," Greenberg said. He neither denied nor admitted any wrongdoing.
