Public debt markets welcome Simon Property, Duke Realty:

Faced with a receptive public debt market, the biggest mall REIT in the U.S., Simon Property Group, doubled the size of its previously announced debt offering to $500 million. In a similar move, Duke Realty Corp. expanded its planned $250 million offering of 5.5-year notes to include an additional $250 million of 10-year debt securities.
