AOL bets big on video advertising with buy

AOL is hoping to take advantage of a predicted surge in spending on digital-video advertising with a multimillion-dollar buyout of, a developer of software that facilitates video-ad sales. "The combination of AOL and is expected to create the only global company with a full end-to-end solution and video stack for publishers and advertisers," AOL said of the $405 million acquisition.
