Ga. town's business owners raise questions about sign ordinance

The city council in Conyers, Ga., was set to take up proposed sign ordinance amendments this week that had been tabled in July after two local business owners raised concerns. Topping the list of concerns was the fact that the amendment would put too much decision-making power in the hands of the city manager, Puritan Cleaners owner David Shipp said.
