Hotels roll out the welcome mat for "super-commuters"

Workers who frequently travel more than 90 miles to their jobs are getting special attention at hotels. Perks for these so-called "super-commuters" include special room rates, parking discounts and 24-hour check-in and check-out. "Given that the super-commuters are 'semi-local,' they will likely know the market better than traditional guests," says Maryam Wehe, an executive at Applied Predictive Technologies.
